d3o™ was first used by the US & Canadian ski teams in the Winter Olympics in Turin in the Giant Slalom event, where athletes hit the gates at 60mph. After using d3o™ in their suits, they won't wear anything else! d3o™ is already incorporated in in riot gloves for Damascus, goalkeeping gloves by Sells, gloves for ski and board by Reusch, clothing for Quicksilver, several police and military applications, and some more known sports brands AND ofcourse; Xion protective gear.
Can I buy d3o™?
d3o™ is treated as an exclusive material. Not everybody can just buy d3o™ for their personal use. d3o™ finds its way towards the market through specific exclusive designs.
