Our stunt protective product range is specifically designed to wear (covert) underneath your clothes.
The products are designed and tested by stuntmen / extreme sports athletes.
The fabric that carries the padding comes in black but also in skin colour as a specific feature to serve the stunt industry.
Most padded areas are covered with a stretch abrasion resistant fabric for extensive usage.
The padding material is flexible, breathable, re-usable and washable (up to 40°). The pads are made of a revolutionary material called d3o™ (dee-three-oh)
which is made of "Intelligent Molecules" that flow with you as you move but on shock/impact lock together
(in a fraction of a second) to absorb the impact (more info on d3o™, please visit d3o-lab).
d3o™ compared to conventional foam padding
d3o™ is known for its shock absorption.
If you look at the diagram you can see that d3o™ outnumbers foam padding more than 6 times using half the thickness.

d3o™ technology is certified in accordance to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
Xion product specs list
The products from the Xion stuntpadding range have the following specifications;
- Maximum padding thickness: 10 mm
- d3o™ padding is completely flexible
- Used fabric is stretchable
- Both fabric and padding is breathable
- Products come in black and skin colour
- Fabric and padding are washable (tested up to 50 times at 40°)
- Products come in sizes xs, s, m, l, xl, xxl
- Target group users: stuntmen/women, extreme sports athletes, free runners, actors, stage and screen combatants, martial artists and many more applications
- Fabric types: stretch tactel™, stretch abrasion resistant kevlar based
