Pricing & Shipping
All orders are billed in GBP (Pounds Sterling). Other currencies may be displayed and should only be taken as a guideline regarding the latest exchange rates. Whilst every care is taken to maintain this as accurate as possible, KIT Ltd cannot accept any liability for any discrepancy in the true currency rate as charged to you via your chosen method of payment, and that displayed upon this website. Please check XE.com for the latest 'real-time' currency exchange rates. All prices are inclusive of the current United Kingdom VAT rate where applicable.
Returns
If, in the unlikely event, you are not happy with your purchase from XION and KIT please review our returns policy below.
We offer a no quibble refund policy. Any item can be returned in original condition with the original packaging including all of the
original tags and labels, within 14 days from receipt of purchase. You may ask for a direct exchange, or exchange the item for
another of equal value. (Your statutory rights are not affected).
Due to hygiene reasons, Base Layer garments cannot be returned, as these cannot be re-issued.
Postage & packaging is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for returning the goods to KIT Ltd fully carriage paid.
We recommend you use a traceable system for the return of your goods and insure them appropriately.

Security
All credit and debit card payments are carried out by PayPall. XION and KIT do not hold any credit or debit card details online. Any attempt to defraud or attempt at criminal activity that is aimed at XION and KIT Ltd will be reported to the most appropriate Law Enforcement Agency or Agencies as available to us at the time. Any and all information that we hold regarding any such attempt will be available to a recognised Law Enforcement Agency, and / or as required by the jurisdiction of an English Court Of Law.
Delivery
If the item ordered is in stock we aim to despatch your goods within 7 working days of receipt. (Saturday's, Sunday's and all Bank
Holidays are not working days). Orders received after 3.30pm will be despatched on the next working day. All orders received after 3.30pm
on a Friday will be despatched on the next available working day i.e. the following Monday.
All items despatched within the UK are sent either by First Class Recorded or Special Delivery through the Post Office Counters.
Occasionally Large Packages will be despatched via a courier. Goods to the rest of the World are normally delivered via Airmail.

A signature upon receipt of your order is required for the majority of deliveries.
From despatch; please allow,
UK - Up to 3 working days, allow seven days before contacting us due to non-delivery.
Europe - 3 - 5 working days, allow ten days before contacting us due to non-delivery.
USA & Canada - 5 - 8 working days, allow fourteen days before contacting us due to non-delivery.
Rest of the World - 5 - 14 working days, allow eighteen days before contacting us due to non-delivery.
Product Information
We try our utmost to ensure items placed into the XION - KIT Warehouse are in stock at all times. If an item should unfortunately be temporarily out of stock we will advise you via the email address provided by you at the checkout when the item will be back in stock and of a delivery time. Sizing varies from each collection and as such as a very general guide. We would like our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and if an item is found to be unsuitable, please contact us in the first instance so a suitable exchange can be made. (Please see our Returns policy above). Generally we have found that once people become familiar with our products, they become accustomed to the sizes required.

Please note that whilst every care is taken to represent products via images on the website, certain limitations apply to the faithful
reproduction of colours so a product may have a slightly different appearance to the images displayed on our website. Please be aware of
this when making your purchase as the image displayed on our website can only be a general representation of the products finish and or
appearance.
Also: Us being a design company reserves the right to continue to improve our products, both in specifications and fabrics.
