I've used the knee padding and elbow padding for a show where it literally saved my knee from blowing when an unexpected fall came on stage from a bar stool. I recommend this to anyone who happens to do any kind of physical movement. watch out for the sizing though for the arm particularly. The pads need to fit like a second skin or else the force will not be absorbed. I recommend if you are between sizes and to not intend to gain any muscle go to the smaller size.
